Accreditation and CME Credit Statements:

This CME activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. Northwest Imaging Forums is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. NWIF designates this webinar for a maximum of 10.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses may claim credit for activities submitted for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ in most states, for up to 50% of the nursing requirement for recertification.

This program has been submitted for approval of 3.50 hours of SDMS CME Credit Category AB, 5.50 hours of SDMS CME Credit Category AE, and 1.00 hour of SDMS CME Credit Category PE by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS).
