Sponsors may determine the ratio of faculty to industry professionals. An additional fee of $75 applies for each extra participant.

What’s Included in the Flat Rate:

  • Expert Event Management by Great Time Tours: GTT’s experienced team will oversee every aspect of your session, from planning and organizing to on-site execution.

  • Faculty Coordination: We manage faculty invitations, travel arrangements, RSVPs, and scheduling to ensure seamless interaction between industry professionals and experts.

  • Hotel Accommodations: Each expert faculty member will receive a complimentary hotel room for Tuesday night, ensuring comfort during the event.

  • Audio-Visual Setup: LCD projection and screens are provided, with the option to add further AV services through the Drake Hotel.

  • Premium Meeting Spaces: Your session will occur in one of three well-appointed rooms on the Mezzanine Level, offering a professional and comfortable setting.

  • Food & Beverage Service: Our catering team will collaborate with you to design a menu that complements your session, with dedicated staff to ensure seamless service.

  • Comprehensive Logistical Support: We handle all logistical details, including travel plans, room reservations, signage, record-keeping, and reminder emails, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

To secure your session, please make a deposit of $1,000 with GTT (miriam@great-time-tours.com) by July 15, 2025. Be sure to note your preferred session time and the faculty you'd like to invite. From there, we will guide you through the process to help customize your event for maximum success.
